Leadwood
The leadwood grows slowly in the African bush. Year by year, ring by ring, it builds a core so dense it sinks in water, and it stands for centuries through drought, fire and storm. Leadwood is a year-long journey for senior leaders who are ready to grow that kind of strength in themselves. Over three six-day residential weeks, with time to live the work in between, a small cohort moves from Self, to Other, to Context, ending in the bush itself. Drawing on Virginia Satir’s work on human growth, this is not another set of tools. It is a return to who you are, and a stepping into a version of you that is strong enough to carry whatever comes next.
