Leadership Growth Change

Something in you is ready to BE different.

Ready to be More. The world needs you to be more you; it's time.

Maybe you're exhausted; maybe scared; maybe just tired of performance. You are ready to get real and be more. More present. More discerning. More real. More free. More connected to what actually matters. The world needs you; the world needs you to be more you.

A Leadwood tree in Kruger National Park

Coming Soon

The leadwood grows slowly in the African bush. Year by year, ring by ring, it builds a core so dense it sinks in water, and it stands for centuries through drought, fire and storm. Leadwood is a year-long journey for senior leaders ready to grow that kind of strength. Over three six-day residential weeks, with time to live the change in between, a small cohort moves from Self, to Other, to Context, ending in the bush itself. Drawing on Virginia Satir’s work on human growth, this is not another set of tools. It is a return to who you are and a step into a version of you strong enough to carry whatever comes next.

What we do

Being different, not just doing different

The world needs more of you. A you that is whole and free and grounded. Our programmes are about growth and transformation, human-to-human.

Leadership Programmes

Being different takes time, practice and integration, which is why our leadership programmes run over months, not days. This isn't about new skills; it's about new being. Everything else is easier after that.

Facilitation

Most groups can have a good conversation on their own. The right facilitator changes how deep and how honest a conversation can be

Coaching and Thinking Partner

Sometimes you need a coach. Someone who asks the hard questions and reflects back what you can't see from where you're standing. And sometimes you need a thinking partner, someone who either just listens or listens and shares what they think.

Jo Perold

I make it ok to be you.

I create spaces where people can show up as they are: uncertain, tired, ready to go deeper, or not sure yet. Twenty years alongside teams and organisations, a decade with the Satir model, and a conviction that real change starts with people being different, not processes.

Spider on its web

Community

The Spider Network

A spider doesn’t start from nothing. She anchors her first thread to what’s already there, a branch, a wall, a blade of grass, and builds from it.

Women have always done this. Taken the threads of what’s at hand, the scraps, the leftovers, the hand-me-downs, and woven something that holds a family, a community, a future.

Touch one strand of a web and the whole web knows. That’s how support should work.

And on this continent, Anansi the spider is the keeper of stories. The clever one. The one who helps the small outwit the powerful.

The Spider Network is a community that gives South African Entrepreneurs and small business owners support, and community.
