Most people don't come to coaching feeling like a miracle. They come because something isn't working: a role, a team, a relationship, the way they react when the pressure's on. That's a good place to start. So there are two ways to work with me, depending on what you need right now.
Coaching
I help people get unstuck and find their way. Some of my coachees have seen things in a new way. Some have understood themselves better. Some stopped feeling pinned in and started thinking about what they want next.
Thinking Partner
You bring whatever is alive, a decision, a frustration, a half-formed idea, and I listen properly. Sometimes hearing yourself think out loud, with someone paying full attention, is exactly what moves things.
